Eric Sugarman is a renowned leader in sports medicine, especially within the NFL. With a career marked by groundbreaking achievements, he played a vital role in Adrian Peterson’s historic MVP season recovery and Teddy Bridgewater’s leg-saving emergency care. His educational background in health, physical education, and sports management laid the foundation for pioneering rehabilitation programs and earning accolades like the NFL’s Most Irreplaceable Athletic Trainer. Beyond his professional success, Sugarman is deeply involved in community service, including coaching youth sports. His expertise, innovation, and compassion have set new standards in player care, leaving a lasting legacy in sports medicine.
Mike Nathan
Chairman & Co-Founder
NEOS Co-Founder Mike Nathan is a serial entrepreneur, having been involved in 15 startups – including Big Stone Capital, TurnSignl, and Mendota Health – while serving on multiple boards. Mike grew up on Big Fish Lake in Cold Spring, MN, and served 4.5 years in the U.S. Navy as a Boatswain’s Mate and SAR Swimmer. He earned his MBA from Concordia University – St. Paul. Passionate about social justice and innovative solutions, Mike values making an impact. He enjoys life in Mendota Heights with his wife, Sara, their two kids, and a love for family, whiskey, and laughter.
Sean Parnell
Co-Founder
Sean Parnell, Co-Founder of NEOS Elite Performance, combines his background in kinesiology, professional baseball, and 17 years in medical device and biological sales to advance regenerative medicine. His love for competition and understanding of peak performance shaped his career in healthcare, where his entrepreneurial spirit led to co-founding NEOS Elite Performance and FritzFinn. Sean is passionate about empowering athletes and health-focused individuals with innovative solutions to optimize performance and well-being. A devoted family man, Sean treasures life with his wife and two daughters, enjoying lake adventures and seasonal sports that reflect his zest for health, wellness, and competition.
Dr. Michael Ellis, DO
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Michael Ellis specializes in wellness, regenerative, and aesthetic medicine and is licensed in four states. He founded Keep Glowing Medical Spa in 2020 and serves as Chief Medical Officer for Fulcrum Performance. A former hospitalist, Dr. Mike worked on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic before shifting his focus to health optimization. Committed to client education, he empowers individuals to reduce chronic disease risks through personalized treatments like hormone optimization, IV therapies, and hyperbaric chambers. Dr. Mike is an innovator dedicated to making advanced health and wellness solutions accessible to all.
