Neos Elite Performance provides health optimization and longevity-related services through a nationwide telehealth platform and, in Minnesota and Wisconsin, through mobile in-person clinical services. Available services vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to provider evaluation, clinical eligibility, licensure requirements, and applicable federal and state law. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our”), respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting Your privacy through Our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). The words “You” and “Your” refer to You as a visitor or user of the Website (defined below).

This Privacy Policy describes:
